February 2023 Newsletter

What a wonderful way to start the new year! We welcomed a new believer into the family and witnessed his baptism. We will be sending $300 to the BRM from our 5th Sunday Love Offering, along with the material items we have collected. We celebrated milestones with youth who graduated early, and we shared in KIDS CLUB about our walk with Jesus.

As we jumped into February, the Sisters of Sand Hollow gathered for a devotional and service project. We are excited to have 20 boxes of goodies to send to Riley and his men overseas. The ladies group plans to get together for one more round of boxes in May. Please continue to be praying over Riley, the men that serve with them, and their families.

The Sisters of Sand Hollow will have another opportunity to worship and fellowship together on the 18th with the New Plymouth Ladies as they host this years Women's Retreat.

Guys, don't feel left out. Join Pastor on the 11th at 9am for a work day. Pastor would like to make some sound boards as well as clean up the back yard.

Pastor has issued a challenge to us all. For the next 60 days, he would like us to spend 60 seconds, every (awake) hour to pray. Set an alarm if you need help remembering to pray.

June might seem a long ways out, but it will be here before you know it and so will VBS!! We are going to have a STELLAR time learning to SHINE JESUS LIGHT no matter what. Please be praying for those who will be a part of the VBS team. If you want to join the VBS team, please see Kimbre, she will gladly get you signed up!
