December 2022 Newsletter
Philippians 1:3-6 3 I thank my God every time I remember you. 4 In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy 5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
We do thank God for each of you. Thank you for making the month of November memorable in so many ways. Thank you to the ladies group for your wonderful service project to send gifts to Riley's platoon, and we are thankful for your time of fellowship as well. From AWANA to Kids Club, the message has not changed; "Jesus Saves". This month we were blessed to witness three of our youth give their lives to God and follow Jesus' example of being baptized. What a God Sighting!!

Advent season has started, we pray that you spend time each week reflecting on the truth of each week.
Advent: Advent means the arrival of a notable person, thing, or event.
Christ's birth (the Messiah's first coming) was all these things. We celebrate Advent now, as we long for Christ's second coming.

Pslams 130:5 I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits,
and in his word I put my hope.

Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
12/11 - Joy: Gladness and delight deep inside my heart.
Habakkuk 3:18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will be joyful in God my Savior.
12/18 - Love: God's forever care and kindness that I do not deserve.
1 John 4:10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
12/25 - Christ: A special title that means "Anointed One" or "Chosen One" .
Luke 2:11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
