Rich Relationship Recap

  • To have this relationship we need to seek God

  • He will protect us

  • He promises salvation to those who believe in His son.

  • God promises all things will work out for the good for those who love Him

  • He promises abundant life.

  • Your relationship with God is unique, not everyone's is the same. Be weary to get caught up in religious systems. Religion says "do this", a relationship says " it has been done."

  • We don't deserve a relationship with Him. But because He loves us we can easily get it

Deuteronomy 4:29

But from there, you will search for the Lord your God, and you will find him when you seek him with all your heart and all your soul.

Psalms 121

I lift my eyes toward the mountains.
Where will my help come from?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

3 He will not allow your foot to slip;
your Protector will not slumber.
4 Indeed, the Protector of Israel
does not slumber or sleep.

5 The Lord protects you;
the Lord is a shelter right by your side.[a]
6 The sun will not strike you by day
or the moon by night.

7 The Lord will protect you from all harm;
he will protect your life.
8 The Lord will protect your coming and going
both now and forever.

John 3:16

For God loved the world in this way:[a] He gave[b] his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

Romans 8:28

We know that all things work together[a] for the good[b] of those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.

1 Peter 1:3-4

 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead 4 and into an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you.

Romans 3:23

 For all have sinned and fall short of the[a] glory of God;

Isaiah 64:6

All of us have become like something unclean,
and all our righteous acts are like a polluted[a] garment;
all of us wither like a leaf,
and our iniquities carry us away like the wind.

Romans 10:9

If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
