Power in Prayer
-
The word Saint is almost always used as a plural, saints. The saints are a group of people set apart for His kingdom. Saints are the Christians, the Church, you and me. All of those saved by the grace of God through Jesus Christ. Those who serve Him!
-
Prayer is a form of service to God. It is an integral park of having a rich relationship with Him.
-
Prayer is not meditation, it is not a passive reflection. It is a time to be direct with God, to have a conversation. There is power in prayer, and that power is the power of God!
-
We should be utilizing prayer for thanksgiving. To give God the credit he is due, for all that we have.
-
We need to pray in faith. We have to know that God hears us, and that He has our best interests in mind.
-
We can use prayer to ask God for help, in all situations. We must trust that His wisdom is greater than our own, so we must ask for His will to be done.
