Inner peace

  • One definition of inner peace is to have security regardless of the situation.

  • One of the main detractors form our inner peace is stress.

  • With today's technology do you think we have more or less stress than those that lived in eras past? We as Christians can battle stress by the knowledge that our futures are in God's hands!! A few ways to maintain your inner peace:

  • 1. Beware of those that steal your peace, and fend them off.

  • 2. Take a mental health day when needed

  • 3. Rethink your to do lists and remove things that battle your peace

  • 4. Do not strive to always seek approval from others

  • 5. Be still when appropriate. Don't get overly worked up by things

  • 6. Let music move you emotionally

  • 7. Have frequent quality of life check ups

  • Peace is a gift from God. We are warned that fear and worry are the enemies of peace. We are to trust in God. Cast our fears and worries on Him and then let go of them.
